How to Register

  • Create a TeamSnap account OR use your existing TeamSnap email & password to login in & find the Event page & register your Team(s).

  • To "build" your roster, you will enter each player's first & last name as well as an email for a parent/guardian. **Only the account that registered the Team will be able to add the players to the rosters**

  • Please make sure the first and last names on the TeamSnap Tournament roster match the official state roster exactly.

  • Players for whom no signed form is on file will not be able to play in tournament games.

  • Each parent/guardian will receive a prompt to fill in the emergency contact information & e-sign the standard WYSA medical waiver to participate in the tournament event.

  • If you have selected pay now, choose credit card option. If your club will send one check for the total teams registered, select cash/check to pay later.

 

Parents/Guardians:

  • You will receive an email invite for your player to play in the tournament.

  • This email will prompt you to create an account or update your current account with player details, such as emergency contact information, and E-Sign the standard WYSA medical waiver to participate in the tournament event. 

  • Please follow the steps to add your player to the roster. 

  • The "Individual" should be your player's name and the parent name will be the parent/guardian name.
